How does Cecile handle orders?+

Cecile operates as a curated showroom. Pieces in the catalogue are reserved by email; once an inquiry is received, an advisor confirms availability, sizing, and arranges payment and delivery.

Are the pieces new or pre-owned?+

The collection is a mix of new arrivals from Cecile's contacts in the fashion world and carefully selected vintage and pre-owned designer items. Each piece is verified and described individually.

How is sizing determined?+

Each piece lists its labelled size and, where relevant, the measurements taken in the atelier. For pieces between sizes, an advisor will guide you to the most suitable fit.

Can I arrange a personal fitting?+

Yes. Personal shopping sessions are offered by appointment. Reserve a session via the appointment page and Cecile will confirm a date.

How does shipping work?+

Complimentary shipping is offered on orders over €200 within the Netherlands. International shipping is arranged on request — please mention your destination when making an inquiry.

What is the return policy?+

Returns are accepted within fourteen days of receipt, in original condition with tags intact. Vintage and made-to-fit pieces are final sale; this is noted on each item.

How should I care for my pieces?+

Care instructions are listed on each product page. For delicate or vintage pieces, Cecile recommends specialist cleaning and is happy to suggest a trusted atelier.
